How to Print an A4 Shipping Label on a 4×6 Thermal Printer
Carrier downloads often combine a shipping label and packing slip on a full office page. Crop only the label, then place it on an exact 4×6 page before printing.
Open the carrier PDF
Load the PDF locally and select the page that contains the label.
Fit the preview
Use Fit page or zoom out until the full label border is visible.
Crop outside the quiet zones
Draw around the complete label, leaving white space around every QR code and barcode.
Export and print at actual size
Download the 4×6 PDF, choose the correct orientation, and disable any second Fit to page option in the print dialog.
