Input: A CSV with product, price, SKU, or URL columns. Output: Batch text + QR/barcode labels on an exact-size PDF.
Choose A4, Letter, 4×6, or a custom page, then set exact label width, height, four margins, gaps, printer preset, and raster DPI.
How it works
- Add the CSV. Upload a file or paste rows with headings in the first line.
- Map the label. Choose title and detail fields, then optionally map one column to a QR code or validated barcode.
- Set physical output. Start with sheet or thermal presets, or enter a custom page, label size, margins, gaps, and DPI.
- Preview and export. Review the physical grid and pixel reference, then create an exact-size PDF to print at Actual size.

- A label size that does not fit inside the selected margins
- Blank title or code cells
- An invalid retail barcode length or check digit
- Printing with extra scaling
Frequently asked questions
Is this a visual label designer?
No. It deliberately uses two production-focused layout presets: text above code or code above text.
Can labels include QR codes or barcodes?
Yes. Map one CSV column to a QR code or to Code 128, Code 39, EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, or ITF-14.
Are the physical dimensions exact?
The PDF page, label rectangles, margins, and gaps use the millimetre values shown. Print at Actual size and disable driver scaling.
What does DPI change?
DPI sets raster detail for embedded codes and provides a millimetre-to-pixel reference. Code rasters are capped at 2400 px for browser safety. DPI does not change PDF geometry or override printer-driver scaling.
How many labels can I make?
Up to 500 rows in one browser-local batch.
