Input: One optional label and QR value per line. Output: A print-ready page of named QR labels.

Choose A4 or Letter, 2–5 columns, and optional label text. QR images keep a four-module quiet zone inside every cell.

How it works

  1. Paste the list. Use one item per line. Put an optional visible label before a vertical bar and the QR value after it.
  2. Choose the sheet. Select A4 or Letter and the number of labels across the page.
  3. Print the PDF. Generate a local PDF, print at 100%, and test the first code before cutting the sheet.

Before you print

  • Missing the | separator when a visible label is needed
  • Using too many columns for a very dense QR payload
  • Cutting through the code’s white border

Frequently asked questions

Can every label contain a different URL?

Yes. Every non-empty line becomes its own QR code.

Can I leave off visible text?

Yes. Turn off label text to use the available cell area for the QR code.

How many items can I paste?

Up to 500 labels in one batch.
