How it works

Frequently asked questions
What does zero-padding do?
It keeps numbers the same width: padding 4 turns 7 into 0007.
Can I add a suffix?
Yes. Prefix and suffix are both included in the encoded value.
Which barcode format should I choose?
Use Code 128 unless an existing system specifically requires Code 39.
