How to Print Multiple QR Codes on One Sheet
A denser sheet saves paper but reduces the space available for each QR module, its quiet zone, and readable text. Choose the grid from the payload and printer—not from capacity alone.

Use visible label | QR value when a human-readable caption is needed. A line containing only a URL is valid, but a separate label makes physical sorting and failed-scan recovery easier.
Shorter payloads generally require fewer modules than long payloads at the same error-correction level. Two QR codes with the same outer dimensions can therefore have different module sizes.

Start with three columns for ordinary short URLs and reduce to two when payloads are long, the printer is coarse, or users scan from farther away. Five columns are a capacity option, not a reliability recommendation.
The QR Code standard uses a four-module quiet zone on all sides. The generated artwork includes it; trimming or placing text into that area defeats the margin.

Keep paper and scaling consistent
Select A4 for A4 stock and US Letter for Letter stock. Printing an A4 PDF on Letter with Fit changes the physical dimensions and can shift cut positions.
Use Actual size or 100% in the print dialog. Check that a printer driver, browser dialog, or system dialog has not added a second scale setting.
Test before cutting or distributing
Scan the shortest and longest payloads from a corner, edge, and centre of the sheet. Test again after cutting because a close cut can remove quiet-zone space that was present on the full sheet.

- Printing A4 artwork on Letter with Fit enabled
- Assuming a screen scan proves the printed batch
