QR SHEET WORKFLOW

How to Print Multiple QR Codes on One Sheet

A good QR sheet balances paper use against scan reliability. Fewer columns create larger codes; more columns fit more labels but demand shorter payloads and a sharper printer.

01

Prepare one item per line

Use visible label | QR value when names should print beneath the codes.

02

Choose the paper size

Match A4 or US Letter to the paper actually loaded in the printer.

03

Choose a conservative grid

Start with three columns for typical URLs and reduce to two for dense payloads.

04

Print and scan before cutting

Print at 100% and test codes from the corners and center of the sheet.

COMMON PRINTING MISTAKES

Check these before a large batch

  • Using five columns for very long URLs
  • Trimming away the white QR border
  • Letting the print driver shrink or enlarge the PDF
